Processing & Delivery Timelines

Processing Time: Each order is carefully inspected and packaged. Orders are typically processed and handed over to our courier partners within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Window: Once shipped, delivery generally takes between 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the local courier courier services.

Order Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an order, please review our guidelines below:

Within 24 Hours: You may request a full cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.

After 24 Hours / Post-Shipping: Once an order has entered our fulfillment process or has been shipped, we cannot accept cancellation requests. At that stage, you will need to follow our standard return process upon receiving the item.

Refunds: For cancelled prepaid orders, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method in accordance with our standard refund timelines.
